Kate and Rhagoh can definitely be done at lower than BR50, easily, but the normal encounters in the lower area start at low army morale. Got the best reward possible in "Love Will Rise Again" because I just blitzed the bosses when the finally showed up. Balterossa then Royotia, 3 and 5 turns.

Xenophobia/Hoarfrost is physical, not mystic, according to the JP text. A lot of things seem to be translated wrong...

Vinnery's on the Mystic route despite having no mystic arts. Looks like just sticking them in a certain union will do that to them. Using mostly combat arts when you're supposed to be a mage is pretty bad, as it'll result in having a mage with a combat focus. Guess the guide was right about using commands to shift focus. If they've already asked twice, chances are, they're already set. Unless you immediately go out and act against your own orders...
